I usually relax by taking a warm bath and watching a show on tv about nature. Then I do stretches and have a hot brothy soup and go to sleep.

I relax by reading when everyone else is in bed.

I usually relax by taking a bath or reading a good book.

I try to relax after I've put my toddler down by pouring a little wine and reading a good book or writing in my journal, it's very cathartic.

I try to relax while my girls are napping by taking a long bath.

To relax I curle up with hubby on the couch and watch a good move or we like to listen to some of our favorite CD's while giving eachother a massage!

i relax when i go to bed, its the only time i get to relax

After I get the kids down for bed, which is normally around 8:00, my husband and I do the best we can to just relax and enjoy each others company. We normally listen to a relaxing cd, or read a book together. It is always my favorite part of the day.
