Flipping through magazines featuring flawless women in skimpy bathing suits can often make you feel less than confident. Now imagine that it's your job to work with those gorgeous models day in, day out. Sports Illustrated‘s Swimsuit issue director and mom MJ Day posted a video of herself in a bikini as a way to encourage women to love their bodies exactly as they are -- and it's beautiful.
"If I'm going to talk the talk I am going to walk the walk," she wrote -- and it's just part of the powerful caption that proves this lady truly wants all women to feel their very best.
After 19 years producing the issue, Day is proud that this year's edition represents the most diverse group of ladies ever. In teaming up with the @WomenIRL Instagram account and Health.com, she and Sports Illustrated are celebrating strength, beauty, and determination.

"I'm determined to get out the message that there is not a singular definition of beauty," she says.
The inspiring mama is calling on women everywhere to throw on their bikinis and share what they "model."
Listen to her awesome statement:
Deep.Breath. If I'm going to talk the talk I am going to walk the walk. Please consider participating. It was equally terrifying and liberating for me. Funny how I have spent my life on a beach since childhood and I have never truly felt comfortable in a swimsuit. Even at my thinnest. We need to love ourselves in the present. No matter what. I invite you all to do so. #50shadesoftan Repost @womenirl with @repostapp Introducing the #WhatIModel campaign, a partnership with @SI_Swimsuit and @healthmagazine. You have to admire her honesty when she writes: "Funny how I have spent my life on a beach since childhood and I have never truly felt comfortable in a swimsuit. Even at my thinnest. We need to love ourselves in the present. No matter what. I invite you all to do so."
She's so right. And the women she's celebrating in the issue are thrilled to echo her thoughts. Beauty can't be defined by a number -- whether that number be your measurements, your age, or your weight.
Her colleagues are also "walking the walk" and proving that beauty is all around us -- especially in our spirits.
My girls, my sisters, my babies, my ride or dies, I could not do ANY ANNNNY of this without my incredible team that supports me in every way. You have no idea the value of two human beings until you know @ja_neyney and @darciebaum. Indispensable, irreplaceable and absolutely integral to making all the magic happen here. Plus how hot are they!?? #WhatIModel #LoveYourSwimsuit @womenirl they are roleMODELS. You are the wind beneath my wings. Plus you keep me alive. Lol
While winter might be the toughest time to toss on a bikini and feel fabulous, Day's message is timeless. So whenever you're ready, grab that swimsuit and love yourself in the present.
