Google Kristen Stewart & Your Computer Could Crash

kristen stewartTurns out Kristen Stewart's cheating scandal has a lot more victims than Robert Pattinson or her lover Rupert Sanders' wife and kids. The harlett starlet is decimating hearts and hard drives too, it seems.

That's right folks. KStew is the cause of the latest computer virus out there. But unlike RPattz's ocean of tears, it's actually avoidable.

When a celebrity scandal breaks, journalists aren't the only ones rushing to get the story posted. Apparently hackers are doing the same thing. However, their goal is to get you to click on infected websites. It happened with Osama bin Laden's death, when Twilight mania hit, and now with Stewart's scandal.

These spammers and malware creators are always on the hunt for some trend to latch on to. The ultimate goal is to get their "malicious site" on the first or second page of the search engine, you click on the tantalizing link, and BOOM, you're infected.

To keep your computer safe, just don't Google the girl. About 20 to 25 percent of the content about Kristen is infected with some heinous virus. I know. I know. How can you not look her up with this big-time scandal percolating. If you must look for the latest -- and who could blame you -- just be careful about where you click. And FYI, smartphones are just as susceptible to the bugs. Your best bet though is avoiding searches of her altogether. She's already crushed the beloved Brit. Why should your tech fall victim too?!

Will you still search for the latest KStew news?
