Tiger Woods Won a Trophy Fair & Square -- But He's Still a Cheater

tiger woodsWell, well, well. That didn't take long. Tiger Woods won the Arnold Palmer Invitational yesterday -- and now everyone is buzzing about him making a huge comeback and totally redeeming himself, blah, blah, blah.

Um -- is it just me, or does anyone else think that it's going to take a lot more than Tiger's golf swing to make people want to root for him again? Because it's really kind of sick to think that anyone would be willing to accept him as a star athlete again so quickly and forget about all of his super-slimy cheating ways wrongdoings.

And some people are even going beyond accepting him back onto the golf course. There are some who even think he's a shoo-in to win the Masters -- and will possibly even be a favorite. Whaaaat?!?

Take a look at the smug smile on Tiger's face in the photo above. Doesn't it make you a little bit nauseous to see how happy he is holding that trophy? It's almost like he's laughing under his breath and thinking, "I totally betrayed my wife and disgraced our kids by hooking up with a ton of hot chicks -- but I've still got game, and my fans still love me."

Why on earth would anybody want to play into his ego by cheering him on in the hopes that he'll revive his career and go on to win the Masters? I mean -- I'm sure there are a few folks who are able to separate his work and personal life, but the majority of us immediately think of words like liar, cheater, and jerk when we hear the name Tiger Woods. And it's going to take a whole lot more than a couple of trophies to convince a lot of golf fans that he's anything other than those three things -- even if he does play the game fair and square.

Will you root for Tiger in the Masters?
