10-Year-Old Nailing Anthem at NBA Finals Is a Must See (VIDEO)

julia dale 10-year-old nba finals anthemLast night, the Miami Heat may have lost in Game 2 of the NBA Finals to the Dallas Mavericks, but everyone's talking about a 10-year-old girl who was the real winner last night. A Fort Lauderdale native, Julia Dale sang "The Star-Spangled Banner" before the game. And when she gave a stunning performance in her rehearsal alone three hours pre-tipoff, ABC's director told her he was going to make sure she was part of the national telecast.

Clearly, little Julia is a singing prodigy and star in the making. (Her mom says the Heat is one of her fave teams to sing for, because "she loves how crowded it is ... The more people for her, the better." Too funny!)

But she also seems to usually be something of a good luck charm for the Heat. As The Palm Beach Post puts it, Dale has a record even LeBron James could envy -- entering Game 2, the Heat was undefeated when she performs (4-0).

Sounds to me like she's beyond deserving of her pint-sized diva status!

Here's the video of Julia's performance last night. It's absolutely amazing to see her sing with the maturity of someone twice or three times her age. (Sheesh, she nails it better than Christina Aguilera at the Super Bowl for cryin' out loud!)
