When it comes to Thanksgiving dinner, I'll obsess over the menu and fantasize over eating those leftovers. But actually planning how to store those leftovers -- that's something I'll usually leave for the last minute. I mean, who daydreams about food containers? But it's worth planning ahead for that. After all, food safety experts say you should refrigerate your leftovers within two hours -- so it helps to have a plan.

Storing those leftovers can seem daunting right after that big meal. But you know what? We're here with a game plan that'll make putting away Thanksgiving a snap! Now get ready to divide and conquer.

Well look who's hitching a ride on the Fifty Shades pornwagon, trying to change her reputation: KALE. You know, the dark leafy green vegetable? Oh yeah, she's hot like Anastasia, and she's got a new e-cookbook: 50 Shades of Kale.

This is me biting my lip! Dr. Drew Ramsey (The Happiness Diet) and Jennifer Iserloh (Secrets of a Skinny Chef) have brought kale into the bedroom -- or something like that. Those crayzee kids! What will they think of next? My inner green goddess salad is palpitating at the possibilities. So how HAWT is this cookbook?

Even though I'll admit I'd given plenty of thought to my wedding well before getting engaged this past spring, I never really thought too too much about the wedding cake. (I know, ironic, being that I'm a total foodie!) All I knew was I wanted a buttercream cake, because in my opinion, fondant isn't nearly as heavenly.

Now that my fiance and I are actually planning and we'll soon be "saying yes" to The Cake, I've been looking at designs, and sheeeze, wedding cakes really are an incredible artform all their own! Well, guess that's because it is, literally, the pièce de résistance of the Big Day. Here, extravagant, eye candy-tastic wedding cakes -- like this whimsical "Vintage Bird" wedding cake by Colorado-based cake designer and owner of Intricate Icing Designs, Rachael Teufel -- you're sure to drool over ...

I have something important to discuss with you all: Potato chips. They make the crunch that makes the sun shine all summer long. They are the salty-crisp soul of every barbecue, ever picnic. Where would we be without potato chips? In a very sad place, that's where. That's why potato chips matter.

And because potato chips matter so very much, and because it's nearly Labor Day, we decided to taste test eight different flavored potato chips at a range of price points. Yes, flavored, because what is a potato but a vehicle for spicy, barbecue, cheesy flavors? I gathered the entire CafeMom staff together and forced, forced! them to down all these potato chips and tell me what they thought. Here are our favorites.

Oreo is back with another themed cookie picture -- this time it's a half-cookie with bright-red filling and little track marks in honor of the Mars rover Curiosity. "We come in peace." Awww. But once again, they are teasing us with another super-cool photo of a cookie that doesn't exist in real life. Remember their rainbow cookie?

But I still love it -- especially with the rover tracks running through the filling. What a cute detail. I hope they keep doing these funny themed cookie photos.

If you are, like me, a little bummed that you can't eat one of these, not to worry. I think it would be pretty easy to make one of your own.

Congratulations to our winners, amiecanflie, NewMomma.S, and caterpilar!

Last night we had the amazing opportunity to spend an evening with some of the best bloggers and talents around! Women from the Broadway show MAMMA MIA! to on-air personalities to many of the amazing writers that you read here every day showed up to help CafeMom, The Stir, Mamás Latinas, and CafeMom Studios throw one helluva party. You see ... we needed to break in our new headquarters over here on 5th Avenue anyway, so what better way to do it. We called our cocktail party Sugar & Spice and we drank, we danced, we ate ... and we even read some Fifty Shades of Grey. All in all, a rockin' time!

Our attendees left with an awesome gift bag, and we want share the love by giving you a chance to win one too. Featuring swag from Gilt Baby & Kids, Dunkin' Donuts, Godiva Liquor, Baileys, Babeland, John Barrett Braid Bar, and Lindt, this is definitely a bag you'll want to get your hands on.
