Delicious news everyone: Oreo turns 101 today! In honor of America's favorite chocolate sandwich cookie, we're bringing out some of our favorite recipes using Oreo cookies. And there's been a LOT of those recipes. I think maybe people like the cookies or something? Haha, obviously. Anyway, we narrowed it down to six amazing, scrumptious classics. Even if you can't whip one of these up tonight, I think you'll love gawking at the yummy photos. Enjoy!

Aren't these rainbow sandwich cookies lovely! I know I love the classic sugar cookie with frosting. This is the same thing, but reversed. Instead of tinting the frosting, you're tinting the cookie dough. You frost one cookie and then put another cookie on top. Did I mention it's March 1? Spring is ... not here yet. But it's just around the corner. So these cookies are making me feel excited for the new season.

Regular food coloring works fine, but if you happen to see gel food coloring, that will give you the more intense colors you see here. Purim is my favorite of the Jewish holidays for many reason. The first is because it is the Jewish Halloween, which -- let's face it -- is pretty cool.
