Chocolate pretzel bark is one of my favorite homemade gifts to give during the holidays. I package the candy in little treat bags tied with a festive ribbon!
Chocolate Pretzel Bark
3 bars (about 8 ounces) of your favorite melting chocolate
1.5 cups of pretzels, broken into pieces
Melt chocolate, either in the microwave or on the stove in a double boiler. Stir in half of the pretzel pieces. Spread melted chocolate-pretzel mixture onto a baking sheet lined with waxed paper. Sprinkle remaining pretzel pieces over top. Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until chocolate has hardened. Bread chocolate into candy-sized pieces.

I usually make peppermint bark w. white choc, but this year I want to try choc almond buttercrunch toffee
Oh wow, my husband would love this (he's a salt fiend!). I usually make my chocolate bark the traditional way with bashed peppermint candies with white chocolate and then a layer of dark chocolate on the bottom. I'm the chocolate lover in the family, so that probably explains why I'm supporting The Year of Godiva Giveaway. There are lots of great promotions going on at www.Godiva.com/give, and I can't help but salivate a little every time I visit!
YUM-MO I love making this bark, but i use the white chocolate instead. Delicious either way.
YUM!!! Kinda...we just make chocolate covered pretzels!!!
Sometimes I give tins of cookies or home made Rum cakes
