Need a quick, no-fuss, kid-approved Halloween treat? Halloween Brownies from Very Culinary couldn't be easier...
This orange and black confection is a simple twist on the classic Betty Crocker Cream Cheese Swirl Brownies recipe:
Buy your favorite chocolate brownie mix and make as directed. BEFORE baking, however, beat 1-8 oz. package cream cheese with 1/3 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 egg. Tint cream cheese mixture with orange food coloring and pour over brownie batter in pan; cut through mixture with knife several times for marbled design. Bake as directed.
Another alternative? Try Real Mom Kitchen's Speedy Halloween Brownies. She sprinkles classic chocolate brownies with mini Reese's Pieces for a festive orange and black look.
