I love orange and black food for a Halloween party, don't you? These upside-down pumpkin-filled chocolate cupcakes are so festive! Plus, it's a Paula Deen recipe, so you know it's got to be good (if not half of your daily caloric intake).
Want to know how easy these are to make? Let's just say a boxed cake mix is involved.
Make cupcakes according to directions on the box. Then cut each cupcake in half horizontally and spread with a filling of canned pumpkin, cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Ice with homemade chocolate granache. Try not to eat all 24!
The complete recipe can be found at Paula Deen.com
