Megan from the blog And Everything Nice has a simple and yummy idea for making quick Ghost Cookies for your upcoming Halloween party. But they're so easy (no baking!) that you could also whip them up for yourself any old time. Vanilla and peanut go so yummy together.
You'll need:
1 package of Nutter-Butters (or any hourglass shaped packaged cookie)
1 bag of white chocolate chips
1 small bag of M&Ms or mini chocolate chips
Here's how to make them:
1. Melt white chocolate chips in a bowl in the microwave. Heat for 30 seconds and stir with a fork.
2. Keep heating for 30 second segments and stirring with a fork until completely melted.
3. Dip cookies into chocolate. Lay on wax paper to dry.
4. Place mini chocolate chips or M&Ms for eyes. Allow to dry.
You could cover the whole cookie if you like. Add a few more embellishments and they also make great snowmen for the holidays.

These are too cute but my favorite Halloween party treat is still the kitty littler cake. It is so gross but so clever!
