I love baby showers, but sometimes the same old baby shower games can get a bit tedious. That's why I love this idea for a fun shower activity from My Right Brain (via Ohdeedoh): Have guests make an ABC book for baby.
It's a great, interactive ice-breaker for guests; plus, it doubles as a wonderful gift for both parents and baby.
Here's how to do it:
- Supply guests with paper, as well as markers, crayons, pens, stickers, etc. for decorating.
- Have each guest pick a letter of the alphabet and illustrate a page for the book.
- After the party, bind the book and present it to Mom as a gift. My Right Brain has some great suggestions for how to bind the book.
Have you ever made an ABC book? What's your favorite baby shower activity?
