Here's yet another delicious recipe from my family's repertoire. (I'm telling you, I've got to get back home before I explode!)
This one comes to us from my cousin's wife, Julie. Her Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip is a huge hit at family parties—particularly ones in which watching football is involved. It tastes exactly like hot wings, without the messy bones!
Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip
1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chunked
1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
1/2 cup hot wing sauce
1 packages shredded cheese
Spread cream cheese in the bottom of a baking dish. Mix hot wing sauce with the chicken and pour on top of the cream cheese. Spread the dressing over chicken mixture and top with Monterrey Jack cheese. Bake at 350F until bubbly. Serve with celery sticks, crackers, or corn chips.

My friend makes one similar to this and it is soooo good!
My hubby would love this. I'll have to make it for him sometime.
