One-Pot Wednesdays: Barbecued Fajitas

I can't wait to try this one-pot recipe for Barbecued Chicken Fajitas from Kraft Foods. It's not exactly an authentic Mexican meal, but the chicken and veggies are grilled so you know there will be tons of flavor.


Barbecued Fajitas From Kraft Foods

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

1 green pepper, cut into strips

1 red pepper, cut into strips

1 onion, cut into thin wedges

1/2 cup  Kraft Original Barbecue Sauce

8 Taco Bell Flour Tortillas, warmed

1 cup Kraft Mexican-Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese

1/2 cup Taco Bell Thick 'N Chunky Salsa

1/4 cup Sour Cream

Heat grill to medium-high heat. Combine chicken, vegetables, and barbecue sauce. Let stand 5 minutes. Poke holes evenly in bottom of 13x9-inch disposable foil roasting pan with fork/skewer. Place chicken mixture in pan, and place pan on grate of grill. Cover grill with lid. Grill chicken and vegetables for 20 minutes or until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Spoon onto tortillas; top with remaining ingredients. Roll up.
