Gearing up for the big game this weekend? Football fans need to eat. I've got an awesome recipe for baked artichoke dip
that's sure to be a touchdown at your next party, and the best part is that it's probably the easiest recipe I've ever made. Don't believe me? Let me put it this way: I have a 22-year-old brother who lives with seven guys and a snake and this is the ONLY thing he knows how to make.
Baked Artichoke Dip
1 16oz can artichoke hearts
1 c. Parmesan cheese (grated or shredded)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. garlic powder
Drain artichokes and dice. Mix with other ingredients. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until the top is browned. Serve with crackers or celery sticks.
