Quick Party Food for Football Fans

Gearing up for the big game this weekend? Football fans need to eat. I've got an awesome recipe for baked artichoke dip that's sure to be a touchdown at your next party, and the best part is that it's probably the easiest recipe I've ever made. Don't believe me? Let me put it this way: I have a 22-year-old brother who lives with seven guys and a snake and this is the ONLY thing he knows how to make.

Baked Artichoke Dip

1 16oz can artichoke hearts

1 c. Parmesan cheese (grated or shredded)

1 c. mayonnaise

1 tsp. garlic powder

Drain artichokes and dice. Mix with other ingredients. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until the top is browned. Serve with crackers or celery sticks.
