Looking for fresh, healthy food at your local McDonald's? Not gonna happen. But thanks to Health.com's recent survey of America's healthiest restaurants, eating out doesn't always have to be a calorie fest.
The feature lists the healthiest casual dining spots and fast food joints in the country. There are definitely some surprises here—Uno Chicago Grill, Ruby Tuesday, and Denny's? Personally, I was thrilled to see that Chipotle made the list especially since its chicken burrito (deliciously pictured above) is a chief staple of my weekly diet.

Interesting, thanks for the link. I need to check because a while ago I was reading on MSN health page that some of those healthy choice menu items were also the highest in salt content. I'll have to go back and see if I can find that article.
I live for Chipotle chicken tacos and burritos. I love that I can order them without the cheese and sour cream. I love cheese and sour cream, I just try to watch my calories, you know. :) Kristen
