How to Make Sassy Water

I've heard from a lot of moms who are looking for alternatives to soda and caffeine. I came across this recipe for Sassy Water—it's refreshing, helps reduce bloating, and actually has...wait for it...FLAVOR!

Sassy Water is actually part of Prevention's Flat Belly Diet. However, you don't have to be on the diet to enjoy this easy-to-make beverage. The ginger helps to calm and soothe your gastrointestinal tract (thereby, reducing bloating), and the mint, cucumber, and lemon provide an invigorating pick-me-up. It's recommended that we drink eight glasses of water a day—this is a delicious way to do that.
