How do you dress up ordinary chocolate cupcakes? With yummy peanut butter frosting, of course!
I got this recipe for peanut butter frosting from one of my favorite food blogs, Vanilla Garlic, which you need to check out if you haven't already for its insane list of more than 60 cupcake recipes!
Peanut Butter Frosting from Vanilla Garlic

Beat butter and peanut butter until smooth and creamy. Add the milk and sugar until desired sweetness and texture. Spread on cooled chocolate cupcakes.

omg I haven't had these since school. Drooool!
I love anything that is chocolate with peanut butter frosting. I don't, however use butter in my icing. I just use peanut butter, milk and powder sugar. I don't measure anything just throw it in a bowl and mix til the right consistancy and flavor (ya know you have to taste it).
Delicious........they are also good with dark chocolate cake mix!!!
