1 1/4 pound cashew nuts
2 tablespoons rosemary, chopped
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon melted butter
Place nuts on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 375 until warmed through—about 10 minutes but be careful not to burn. Combine rosemary, cayenne, sugar, salt, and butter in bowl. Toss warm nuts with mixture until nuts are coated.
