Microwave fudge is a great dessert to cook with your kids. It's really easy to whip up and oh-so-delicious! I found a few tips on KraftFoods.com to make ordinary chocolate fudge even better!
Microwave Fudge
3 cups milk chocolate chips
1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup margarine
Put all ingredients in bowl and microwave at 50 percent power for 3 minutes. Take out and stir. Put in for another 3 minutes. Poor in greased 9x13 pan. Refrigerate 2 hours or until fudge is firm.
Cookie Fudge: Cut 10 mini Oreo Cookies in half and stir into fudge before putting it into pan. Top with additional Oreo Cookies.
Peanut Fudge: Stir 1/2 cup peanuts into fudge before putting it into pan. Top with additional peanuts.
Marshmallow Fudge: Stir 1 cup mini marshmallows into fudge. Top with additional marshmallows.
Peanut Butter Fudge: Prepare fudge. Drop 1/2 cup peanut butter by the teaspoonfuls over fudge after spreading into pan. Cut through peanut butter with knife several times for marble effect.

I am going to try this, sounds fun and easy. Thanks!
This comes out great, really rich! It's the same recipe as buying one of those Borden fudge kits that cost a fortune.
My mom makes this every year around Christmas and I love it!!!
ok, I've seen a couple of microwave recipes now, but I've got to try this one. The recipe sounds so easy and best of all, no mess!
