Reading this post by Seposte about her chicken dinner disaster reminded me that we've all been there. Who among us hasn't burned the meat, torn a pie crust, added four extra eggs to cake batter so that it overflowed into a horrible eggy mess in the oven (oh wait, the last one is probably just me)?

Relax. Don't throw away the food just yet. There's help out there.
