I always wake up first and eat before the kids get up. Its my quiet time, I can check my emails and enjoy a hot piece of toast and tea or a grapefruit and a cup of coffee. I try to give myself 30 minutes then start waking the kids up.
I usually gulp down a protein shake...I'm not a big breakfast eater anyway.
rarely. but since my son has had me up since 4, i think i'll be able to squeeze some food in sometime.
I always have a protein and fresh fruit. PNB and banana. Cheese and apple. Sometimes I have a carb but usually not. It's often on the go, but it's there.
A cup of yogurt
I probably have time for breakfast, however there is never anything here I want.
I usually try to make a lunch meat sandwich to go. I eat weird breakfast, a bowl of noodle soup .... etc...
After I get the kids ready,I really don't want Breakfast! So I usually just have my coffee,Probably not a good thing,Since I drink so much Coffee!
I've never been a breakfast eater. Never have been. I'd go to school without breakfast and 'starve' till lunch. I had gastric bypass 8 months ago and I should eat breakfast. Most days I either forget or it doesn't sound appealing to me. If I do ...it's something small like yogurt and a cheese stick or some type of cereal. I do have the time ...just not the 'umph' to want to eat.
I like a toaster strudel or a muffin or something. Something I can grab and eat quick when leaving the house in the morning.
