Pizza From Bread and Honey
In celebration of National Pizza Week, I'd thought I'd highlight these yummy-looking homemade pizzas from Bread and Honey.
Can you guess what the crust is made from?
Prepackaged flatbreads!
Yes, according to Bread and Honey, these pizzas took all of three minutes to make! What a great idea! That reminded me of other quick, kid-friendly ingredients you can substitute for labor-intensive crust:
- English muffins (duh!)
- Mini-bagels
- Crackers
- Whole-wheat pita pockets
- Tortillas
- Refrigerated biscuits or crescent rolls
But if you have your heart set on the real thing, check out my recipe for delicious homemade pizza dough.

That is a good idea. I used to get that indian flatbread from Trader Joes and use that as crust.
We like the english muffin pizzas. I make them at least once a month :)
