Matthew Davis-Robinette, from Anderson, Indiana, was born with a chromosome deficiency that causes serious brain malformation, cerebral palsy, and autism. Because of this, and his loud voice, he isn't able to travel with his family.

However, when it came time for his 21st birthday, his mother Kim wanted to make sure her son was able to have a great time. Matthew loves parades, so Kim asked her friends and family on Facebook to drive by their house and honk while Matthew sat outside on a Saturday afternoon. Simple enough, right?

Well, she definitely didn't anticipate that it would turn into a full-blown celebration with tons of people, different vehicles, and various entertainers.
