Lazy Mom Meal: Sheet Pan Asian Stir-Fry Means No Wok Required

Craving the delicious taste of an exotic take-out dinner without having to go pick it up or wait by the door for delivery? Here's a sheet pan Asian stir-fry dinner that is not only incredibly flavorful but also ready in under 40 minutes. And the best part? It's all prepared in one pan, which means cleanup is easy peasy.

If you're vegetarian or testing out meatless Monday, not to worry! Chungah of Damn Delicious, who created this recipe, advises swapping out chicken for tofu. Prefer beef or pork? Those will work just as well, she notes.

While there are plenty of veggies already, the food blogger notes that if you've got any left over in your crisper, this is the ideal dish to use them up!

Want to spice it up a bit? Chungah suggests adding a teaspoon of Sriracha to the sauce -- or more if you like it hot. Serve it over rice or noodles or enjoy it on its own.
