The Instant Pot has picked up a big Paleo following.
Found yet another use for our @instantpotcompany! Seriously, this thing is amazing. Made a meat loaf with a mixture of ground beef and ground pork, tomato relish, topped with bacon slices and cooked in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes. Then used the #searzall to brown everything. Alternatively, you could also broil it after you cook it in the pressure cooker. Topped it with a tomato relish and a side of roasted Brussels sprouts and parsnip puree. Also we found out my super picky son really likes Brussels sprouts! #wth ?!? #dinner #Paleo #whole30
Did we mention it cooks pasta too?
The meat on these ribs just falls off the bone, Instant Pot fans say.

My afternoon snack: Pears with Granola and Honey I made it in my pressure cooker, but you could bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. Cut pear in half and scoop out the seeds. In a bowl mix some granola with a little cinnamon, coconut palm sugar, and 1/2 tsp vanilla paste. Top the pears with the mixture and sprinkle on a little more cinnamon and coconut palm sugar. Fill pot with 2 cups water. Place pears on trivet and drizzle with a little honey. Cook on high for 7 minutes with QR. You could use natural release or cook a minute or two longer if you like your pears softer. Mine cut easily with a fork at 7 minutes. :) #pears #cooking #eatreal #weightloss #weightlossjourney #fitfoodporn #fitfood #cleaneating #clean #wellnesszone #weightlossmotivation #wellness #losetheweight #healthychoices #healthyliving #healthy #cookinglight #bakedpears #fruitsandveggies #fruit #fitmom #getfit #pressurecooking #pressurecooker #instantpot #blastthefat #fitmom
