Are you familiar with Pi Day? The celebration of the mathematical constant that is the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter takes place each year on March 14 (3.14, get it?)? OK, well, before you fall asleep, let's move away from the numbers and toward the sweet stuff. In honor of this special occasion we thought we'd take a look at one of America's favorite desserts: pie.

Who doesn't love a delicious homemade pie? But at the same time, does anyone have hours to spend mixing up a lattice-topped beauty from scratch these days?
