As much as we love the glorious smorgasbord of a traditional Thanksgiving feast, there are times when we need to scale back -- wayyy back! It's so much work and so much mess. What if you could cook the whole shebang in one pot, all at once? Well, you can! We're going to show you how to cook an entire Thanksgiving dinner in a Crock-Pot. This is the easiest feast you'll ever make.

After 1 1/2 hours, remove turkey and set aside. Push sweet potatoes up to sides to create a well. Fill well with stuffing. Add a few pats of butter, if you like.

Note: You can use store-bought stuffing. I made my own with breadcrumbs, butter, sage, and pecans.

Place turkey back on top of sweet potatoes and stuffing. Pour just a tiny bit of stock over the turkey.

In a sandwich bag, combine cranberries with sugar and just a tablespoon or so of water. Close bag but leave a tiny bit unsealed to allow air to escape. Place on top of turkey.

At this point your cranberries may have burst and dissolved into a jam. If not, pour the contents of the bag into a small saucepan and simmer on the stovetop for a couple minutes until you have a jammy sauce. Meanwhile, turn off the Crock-Pot and let the ingredients rest before serving.
