Amy's Baking Co. Owner Reportedly Chases Customer With Knife (VIDEO)

It looks like there's more battling than baking going on at Amy's Baking Company once again.

Proprietors and married couple Amy and Samy Bouzaglo, whose over-the-top antics drove Kitchen Nightmares host Gordon Ramsay to abandon the duo mid-makeover, are back in the news.

Police were called to the Scottsdale, Arizona, business Saturday evening after being told that Samy chased a drunk customer off the premises with what appears to be, of all things, a butter knife!

Amy asked the guy to leave, and even though he did, that wasn't enough to appease hot-headed Samy!

More from The Stir: Amy's Baking Company Owner Tells Us the Real Story Behind Crazy 'Kitchen Nightmares' Drama

When contacted by TMZ, Amy says her husband was merely holding a pen. Hmmm ... hard to tell in this video, taped by a witness. Either way, that's not the kind of customer service one typically looks for at his or her local bake shop, right?

Weren't the couple's previous bouts of name-calling and tip-pilfering enough? After their episode of Kitchen Nightmares aired, the brawling bakers became engaged in a bitter battle with detractors that played out over social media. Surely, this knife/pen fight won't do much to help their reputation.

Can you imagine being chased out of a shop for any reason short of attempted armed robbery? I can't! It seems like this story proves, for once, swear-enthusiast Ramsay wasn't overreacting when he hightailed it out of town. Guess he's lucky he left on his own and didn't end up on the wrong end of a butter knife!

Do you think the Bouzaglos should continue to run a business?
