Homemade Gift: Mexican Hot Chocolate Mix
1/3 cup light brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon powdered vanilla
1/4 cup cocoa
2 1/2 cups powdered milk
Combine and blend ingredients in a small bowl. Gift in a glass jar tied with a festive ribbon. Attach the following message to the jar hand-written on a pretty card:
Mexican Hot Chocolate
Serves 6
You will need:
3 cups water
Mexican Hot Chocolate Mix (to taste)
Cinnamon sticks for garnish
Heat the water to boiling and add the Mexican Hot Chocolate Mix. Stir with a whisk until the mixture is smooth. Garnish with cinnamon sticks. For a frothier hot chocolate, mix in a blender. Happy Holidays!

Sounds like a great thing to make to include in a gift basket for someone! Martha Stewarts page has a lot of great ideas for making lip gloss, bath fizzes and other things. I am also going to check this out. I have been trying ot make some home made gifts for people this year. Thanks for the idea!

I do not know if this is the place to add recipes or not, but for anyone who likes chocolate and pb together this is AMAZINGLY GOOD! TRULY ADDICTIVE!!!
