Woman's Racist Rant Against Dunkin' Donuts Workers Is So Insane You Won't Believe It (VIDEO)

Dunkin Donuts rantWe live in a world where consumer "justice" through social media is kind of the norm. We expect to be able to use Facebook and Twitter to help us out companies who give us bad service or treat us badly, and used that way, it's actually really a great tool. But companies aren't always the bad guy and sometimes that social media revenge backfires.

That is what happened to Taylor Chapman after she had some kind of altercation over a receipt with a Dunkin' Donuts employee and then brought a camera the next day to film herself berating the employees over the incident. No matter what happened (and it isn't clear it was even anything all that bad), NOTHING justifies her racist, cruel taunts against the employees of that store. I don't care WHAT they did. See below:

"You think you all are tough big fat Arabs bombing the Trade Center? I'll show you tough."


"This s--- is about to go live b----. Right on Facebook."

Who does she think she is making look bad?

Last year, I had a situation where an employee at a department store was incredibly rude to me. He belittled me, mocked me, and then refused to let me return a pair of jeans I had bought for $200 just a couple weeks before.

I was furious and I took it to Twitter. Within moments I had a reply, and by the end of the week, I had apologies and my money back. Was I angry? Yes. Was I hurt and humiliated? Yes, that too. But I also knew that being the bigger person meant allowing him to call me names and not firing back. It meant complaining in the right way that would get the results I knew I was entitled to receive.

I don't know what this woman wanted. It's not clear. But she didn't succeed in getting to her goal, she made herself look horrible, and she made me want to go to my nearest Dunkin' and buy everything on the menu just to apologize for her egregious behavior.

The employees at Dunkin's did nothing wrong. This insane lady with a video camera did. So the next time you think you have been wronged by a corporation, think twice about how you behave. If you look worse than them, you are going to be mightily embarrassed.

You weren't the bigger person taking your rant onto a social media. A bigger person would have done the adult thing and called the cooperate office and filed a complaint about what happen or a bigger person would have not allowed the person to call you names and demanded a manager right then and there. If it was the manager calling you the names that's is where you are back to contacting the cooperate office.

That woman is a total bitch and should have left that poor guy and employee alone. 

"the pissed in my fries" and you wodner why???? Look how she acts. She is an entitled bitch. All of this over a forgotten receipt. She keeps asking if the person will still have her job and purposely seeks the person out to attack her. I hope those people press charges against her.

Wtf my mind is bloooown. What a classy chick...not. She has a business degree but can't handle we business like a business woman. I feel so bad for that guy who was taking her order :( he just seemed like he wanted her out of there and if I was one of those men whom she had on camera I would have told her fucking ass off for taping me in her little bull shit video and the last comments she made about Arabs and 9-11 what an ignorant cunt.

It figures Sasha would take her rant to Twitter. Maybe there was a reason why they didn't take your nasty jeans back. You tried to return then two weeks later. Only one side of the story was told on your rant on twitter and you are no better than this racist entitled bitch.

I would have told that bitch she has no permission to record me first off because she is inside a business and needs permission to record inside an establishment. Second of she woulda kept recording I would have refused her service and asked her to leave if not i would have called the cops. Lastly had she started to berate me like she did the female employee i would have knocked her pretentious cunt bitch ass down.

I've worked a lot of service jobs.  This is an extreme case, but people of all ages, genders, races aren't so different.  I've been cursed out and threatened for asking for a zip code (not my choice), for the store not carrying a particular brand of X, Y, or Z (again, not my decision), etc.  I've even seen customers go ballistic when they can't return a phone "broken when my fat ass sister sat on it."  Then there was the guy who threw the CD case at my co-worker's head because he had opened it and it was thus exchangeable, but not returnable.  On a daily basis at my grocery store job I find item after item that a customer decided not to buy just stashed in a random location (often hidden behind other things, for some odd reason) no matter if the item is perishable and the food goes to waste or starts to reek because it a peach or fish filet hidden behind a rack of refried beans, for unknown reasons.  Apparently simply handing the unwanted item in to the cashire is too much work (as is pushing the cart 3 feet to the cart caddy in the parking lot so it doesn't block traffic).  So yeah, this chick is in a class by herself, but she isn't alone in the leagues of entitled, abusive American consumers.

The ultimate "a-dur" moment is when you realize that she actually makes promotional videos for a living. So she knows how marketing and public opinion work. And yet she still thinks she's in the right to (a) berate people behind a counter for forgetting her receipt YESTERDAY, (b) act all entitled about getting a ridiculous heap of free food and (c) make loud, racist, misogenistic (c-word deployed, captain) comments to the girl who was slow with her receipt in the wee hours of the morning. I hope this loses her LOADS of money.
