When it comes to Super Bowl party spreads, what are the two most important types of food? Probably a variety of dips and wings, right? I mean, if you don't have decent dips and wings, you can't really go around calling yourself a Super Bowl party in good conscience.
That's what's so amazing about this recipe for Blazing Buffalo Chicken Dip: It's a dip that tastes like wings! (Plus a whole lotta cheese. Which is just as important as dips and wings.) And it's super easy and tasty enough to make people actually eat all those celery sticks. Have fun!
1 cup blue cheese dressing
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup Pepper Colby cheese, shredded
1 lb Buffalo-style roasted chicken breast, shredded
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
Preheat conventional oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients together.
Spread into a 9 x 9-inch pan or 2-quart baking dish.
Bake 30 minutes, until bubbly. Serve warm with tortilla chips and celery sticks.
