Chocolate Orange Cupcake Recipe Is So Good You Can't Eat Just One

chocolate orange cupcakesOkay, the holidays are over, but can we sneak in one little bit of chocolate decadence? How about an orange chocolate cupcake recipe! I love all the oranges and tangerines that come tumbling in at winter. And I swear, I'll be good this year and eat plenty of fresh citrus. But chocolate and orange are one of my favorite wintertime flavor combinations.

We've found a pretty simple chocolate orange cupcakes recipe. It has one of the easiest frostings ever -- you just melt chocolate chips in hot cream. (It's called a ganache.) When you grate in the orange to make orange zest, use the smallest holes on your grater.
