Resolution Cocktail
For this antioxidant-packed concoction, combine 1 1/2 ounces vodka, 2 ounces apple cider, 1 pinch ground ginger, 1 pinch powdered chai tea mix (optional), 1 ounce merlot, and a splash of lime juice in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with an apple slice.
