One-Pot Wednesdays: Five-Layer Turkey Dip

Rachel Ray's Five-Layer Turkey Dip isn't exactly made in a pot—technically, it's a baking dish. But I think it still counts as a one-pot meal because you only use one dish. Plus, it's a great way to use up Thanksgiving leftovers. Big thanks to cafemama for sending it along. She said wavered between thinking it sounded totally gross and totally amazing...Good news for us! She ended up loving it!


Five-Layer Turkey Dip From the Rachel Ray Show

2 tablespoons butter, melted

Leftover stuffing

Leftover cranberry sauce

Leftover turkey, shredded

Leftover gravy, warmed

Leftover mashed potatoes

Leftover crusty bread, cut into big chunks

Leftover cornbread, cut into big chunks

Preheat oven to 400. Brush an 8x8 baking dish with melted butter. Add leftover stuffing to bottom of pan. Continue layering the pan with cranberry sauce, turkey, gravy, and mashed potatoes. Bake until mashed potatoes are golden brown and inside is heated through. Use leftover bread and cornbread to scoop up dip.
