Looks like Chris and Albie Manzo will be following in their parents' footsteps. The Real Housewives of New Jersey brothers plan to open a new restaurant in Hoboken, New Jersey.
They certainly have the right experience for the risky venture. Working at Caroline and Albert Manzo's banquet hall the Brownstone basically since birth has certainly given them the skills needed for the new gig. Another inspiration for the biz? With all the drama they've endured during the four seasons of that Bravo bitch-fest, there is bound to be a Teresa Guidice-inspired dish on the menu. At least we hope so. Take a look at the (guaranteed crowd-pleasing) mock menu we've whipped up for the Manzos.
What a Pesce This grilled fish dish is inspired by the most annoying co-star in the show's history -- Danielle Staub. In case you've forgotten, she inspired Teresa's infamous table flip. Danielle may have only lasted one season, but her drama is seared into their memory forever. A dab of lemon adds an appropriate amount of bitter to the bite.
Attac-trazzini The baked chicken and noodle dish pays homage to the fact that you always have to be on your toes when hanging with the Housewives. You never know who's gonna turn on you next.
Gnocchi You Out Those long acrylic nails could easily take out an eye, though none of the ladies have ever actually thrown a blow. It's bound to happen one day though.
Feudiccine This hearty noodle and cream sauce recipe represents the fact that their beefs are more epic than the Hatfields and McCoys.
Fusilli Girls Anything will spark an argument on Real Housewives. Copy the paint color in Teresa's bathroom and bam -- you got an enemy for life. Just silly.
Venomcelli Since the women are as trustworthy as agitated vipers, what better than a slithery, thin pasta dish to pay homage to their betrayals.

Heck No .....I don't want to be anywhere near anything that has to do with Caroline Manzo..... She is such a Bi*** ...and I don't want any of those Manzo's making a cent off of me.... I truly believe that Albie is thee only one in that family that isn't insane or retarded..... I'm sure Chris Manzo was without Oxygen for too long at birth....He def. has a brain issue.... Lauren can be sane at times....but then when she is with or near her Mother, she picks up that insanitygene.....Albert Manzo looks like a whale out of water.... he is incredibly homely......Now if Melissa was opening up a place...I would eat at it in a heart beat.... Or Teresa, I would visit it as often as I could.... But Not if either Joe owned it .....those two guys are just filthy pigs....If Jacqueline and Chris was opening a place....I would also visit it.......... Now if Richie and Kathy was opening a place....I wouldn't walk across the street to go into it......... Richie goes on National TV and says his favorite dessert is Kathy ....and she tastes like "FISH" OMG what an insult to his wife.... If I were Kathy I could never show my face again on tv.....

I'm no hater, I just hate their mother. But I live in Cali so no I won't be going to their spot....or buying black water, yuck. But I wish the boys success in their ventures.
omg absolutely never! these Manzo adult men who are weekly referred to as "kids" have as Caroline has often said been raised priveledged yet no one is educated or seeking a career. They are all get rich-richer quick mentalities and it is madenning, I have read the BLK water is being sued and was another bust. Y Hoboken? probably hoping people coming to Carlos's will then stop by their restaurant. Hoboken better be careful or it will be known as "as seen on TV town-everthing is $19.99 and if you come monday thru sunday we will double your order!
