Fact: Everybody loves s'mores. They're both fun to whip up with the kids, and unbelievably delicious. Who doesn't like gooey marshmallows, warm melted chocolate, and crunchy graham crackers all rolled into one? No one! But there's a, dare I say, better s'mores recipe than the original one we're all used to: Homemade Mocha S'mores from Dash. This fun twist on the s'mores recipe you know and love is from Back Deck Restaurant, and it's sure to have everyone asking you for the recipe -- and for seconds!
Homemade Mocha S'mores
Ingredients:
12 milk chocolate squares
24 espresso marshmallows, toasted
Powdered sugar for dusting
Directions:
1. Lay out half of the graham crackers on plates, top with the chocolate.
2. Toast the marshmallows over your backyard grill, as you would around a campfire.
3. Place 2 hot, toasted marshmallows on each cracker and top with another cracker. For presentation, lean the top cracker at an angle so you can see the chocolate and toasted marshmallow.
4. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
Serves: 12
