Okay. You get that. But you want a burger anyway. Well alrighty then, I found this fun article showing eight different 100-calorie burger toppings that all sound tasty. But as promising as these combos all look I'd suggest a few tweaks. Let's take a look at my top five.

Sun-dried tomatoes, goat cheese, and spinach. As tasty as all these toppings sound I have to say, most of them look pretty labor-intensive. This combo looks like the quickest path to big flavor. BUT: Sun-dried tomatoes are usually so chewy and hard to bite through. I recommend slicing them up first. But really, it's SUMMER. You should just use a super-fresh locally-grown tomato.
