Want to indulge in a hamburger but worried about all the extra calories from those toppings? Why are you eating a hamburger if you're worried about calories in the first place?!? Maybe you should stick with a simple lean, grilled steak. A hamburger is meat ground with fat -- that's the whole point!
Okay. You get that. But you want a burger anyway. Well alrighty then, I found this fun article showing eight different 100-calorie burger toppings that all sound tasty. But as promising as these combos all look I'd suggest a few tweaks. Let's take a look at my top five.

-1lb ground burger meat
-1 pkg onion dip mix
-1 egg
-butter
-cheese
Mix meat, dip mix, and egg together
(optional: add minced garlic, onion, peppers, etc. These burgers are totally customizable)
Shape patties and make a hole on top of each.
Put a square of butter in hole and cover with meat.
Put on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees until done through (Idk exactly how long sorry). At the last 5 minutes put a slice of cheese and let them melt atop the patties.
These a not for dieting eaters but guaranteed the juciest and best burgers ever.
Top with whatever you like. I prefer new mexican green chile, avacado, tomato, lettuce, ketchup, and light mayo.
