pasta add-insWho else here is planning on making pasta tonight? It's hands down the easiest, most kid-friendly dish ever. Everyone has their list of favorite pasta dishes. 1Sugar Snap Peas

They're sweet and crunchy and in season right now. In fact, you can just drop them in during the last couple minutes of boiling your pasta, drain both together, and add your oil or butter.

2Feta Cheese

Feta add some tasty tang to pasta, epeically if you add some chopped olives, too. And lots of cracked pepper.

3Cherry or Grape Tomatoes

I like pasta with cherry or grape tomatoes thrown in, especially if I have time to roast them before. But even raw they're great. Even better -- add some fresh mozzarella and some basil leaves.

4Tuna in Olive Oil

Have you ever tried tuna canned in olive oil? It's so flavorful -- great for pasta, especially with some white beans. And it's just a smidge more than regular tuna. Plus you're stretching it with that pasta. Great stuff.

5Italian Sausage

Fry up a couple links of sausage -- chicken, Italian, just about any time (maybe not breakfast), slice, and toss with your noodles. Just a couple links (depending on how large they are) will go far.
