Amazing, Creamy, Dreamy Peanut Butter Dip

peanut butter dipSo we've all been there -- with the peanut butter jar in one hand, and anything from pretzels to a spoonful of chocolate chips in the other, dipping away. Right? That's because peanut butter makes pretty much everything better, and now, here's a way to make peanut butter even butter.

This incredible peanut butter dip recipe from Live Pretty will make you step away from the jar for good. It adds cream cheese, a little brown sugar, and oh yeah -- some caramel -- to make one irresistible dip. You can serve it with apples, crackers, or even drizzled atop a big chocolate brownie. Or, you can just eat it with a spoon if you're so moved.

Peanut Butter Dip

1/2 C Lightly Salted Peanuts
3/4 C Light Brown Sugar
1 (8 oz) Cream Cheese, softened
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 C Caramel Ice Cream Topping (1/2 of the jar - 4 oz)
Apples or other items for dipping

Grind the peanuts in a food processor until chopped.

Add remaining ingredients one at a time until combined. It will be slightly chunky. If you prefer a smoother peanut butter, chop the peanuts for longer in the first step until finely chopped.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Scoop into bowl and garnish top with a few peanuts.
