It's just what we're craving right now and there are so many tasty salad possibilities out there. Here are the best salads you could be noshing right now!

More salads!

Napa Cabbage Salad With Buttermilk Dressing: This is a salad I make over and over again -- it's one of my all-time favorites. And that dressing is great on just about any salad, so I always make double (or quadruple!) and keep it in a jar in the refrigerator.

Snow Pea Shoot Salad With Asian Vinaigrette: The star of springtime veggies has to be pea shoots. These little tendrils of green are sweeter and more delicate than their more mature versions. By the way, that lemongrass coriander honey vinegar (!!!) in the recipe is on sale right now. But if that's a little too wild for you, just use apple cider vinegar instead.

Almost Spring Salad With Honey Roast Garlic Lemonette: It's getting warmer, but it's still cool enough to turn on the oven. This salad pairs baby greens with some roasted beets. Don't let the fancy name of this salad dressing deter you, either. This is a super-simple roasted garlic, lemon, and honey dressing -- you roast the garlic while you roast the beets.

Cucumber Chickpea Salad: How about a little protein for your salad? This one combines the freshness of cucumbers with some hearty chickpeas along with herbs and a zesty dressing.

Broccoli Escarole Salad With Warm Mustard Vinaigrette: If you're bored with steamed broccoli, try this fun salad with a spicy dressing and thin slices of sausage. This is the perfect salad to pack for work.
