You would be hard-pressed to find a combination better than chocolate and peanut butter. It's perfect any way, anyhow, anytime, as far as I'm concerned, and I've tried plenty of recipes that include it over the years. These chocolate peanut butter squares, however, are among the best I've found.
The recipe, from Souffle Bombay, is as easy as it is delicious. It takes just four ingredients, and you get a whole pan of decadent bars. I love that they pack the protein power of peanut butter and aren't overly sweet like some other recipes I've tried. They're the perfect last-minute dessert, and I like to keep some in the freezer to pull out when I "need" them the most.
