Your biggest burden is to eat, drink, be merry ... and find as many ways to use green as possible. Fortunately, there are plenty of ways to turn most any dish green. 1. Food Coloring

This is the easiest and most-often used method. Add a few drops to pretty much anything to produce such traditional fare as green eggs and ham and green beer. There are some good organic food colorings out there as well if you want to go truly green.  You can also make your own green food coloring and add it to anything you like -- even kids' baths!

2. Spinach

Healthy and bright green, you can't go wrong with spinach. Top pizza with it (in the shape of a four leaf clover, perhaps), layer it in lasagna, or even make pesto out of it for a peppy St. Patrick's Day main dish.

3. Green Tea Powder

Also known as Matcha, this nutritionally beneficial powder also turns things a lovely shade of green. It can be used in everything from cupcakes to green lattes

Some alcohols that are already green, like Midori, Sour Apple Schnapps, or green creme de menthe, can be great building blocks for fun and festive drinks. Sour apple martini, anyone?

5. Pistachios

Packed with flavor and their own personal green shade, these nuts can be sprinkled atop plenty of dishes from cakes to pasta. They pack a fabulous punch and taste great plain alongside some green beer.
