And you're probably so excited to get your hands on those cookies at last, dealing with the leftovers is probably the farthest thing from your mind. But here's a roundup of 10 scrumptious desserts you can make using those leftover Girl Scout cookies.

Oh who am I kidding. Like you're going to end up with leftovers! Consider this recipe roundup a reason to support your local Girl Scouts even more by buying a few extra boxes. Yeah, these recipes are that good. Can you say... Samoa cupcakes? That's just the beginning.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie -- These use crushed Tagalong cookies in the crust. 

Tagalong Cupcakes -- Chocolate and peanut butter yet again, this time using Tagalong cookies as a base and nestled into the frosting.

Samoa Ice Cream Truffles -- Process the cookies into crumbs and then roll balls of ice cream in the cookies. Yes!

    I actually havent used them in a recipe, its something I should do though. The mint brownies sounds delicious.

    I have never used them in a recipe but I love the Tagalongs and those Tagalong cupcakes sound amazing.
