And you're probably so excited to get your hands on those cookies at last, dealing with the leftovers is probably the farthest thing from your mind. But here's a roundup of 10 scrumptious desserts you can make using those leftover Girl Scout cookies.

I have never  had any leftover girl scout cookies : ) but i might try the samoa cupcakes.

No, and I really do not buy GS cookies much anymore because of all the trans fat in them. My hubby buys them because he is the worlds biggest Samoa fan, and buys them by the case load.
