Incredibly Easy & Delicious Slow-Cooker Taco Soup

taco soupGet your crock pots ready, because this is one soup you're going to want to get cooking soon. Dubbed taco soup, it contains many of the same ingredients that tacos do -- ground beef, salsa, black beans, and the like. Instead of stuffing them into shells, however, they come together as one delicious and hearty soup.

This recipe from Like Mother, Like Daughter Food could not be any easier. You throw in all the ingredients, let them simmer, then six hours later, dinner is served. Topped with a few tortilla chips, cheese, maybe avocado slices or some sour cream, it's a dream dinner.

Taco Soup

1 lb ground beef
1 can of corn
1 can of beans (black or pinto)

1 Tablespoon taco seasoning
1 cup salsa
1 14 oz can stewed tomatoes(or tomato sauce)
Tortilla chips
Toppings (sour cream, shredded cheese, cilantro, guacamole, etc.)

Brown ground beef over medium heat in small pan.

Combine ground beef, corn, beans, taco seasoning, salsa and tomatoes in a crock pot.

Cook on low for about 6 hours, or on high for 3.

Top with desired toppings and tortilla chips.
