Quick & Decadent Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownies

chocolate chip cookie dough browniesYou know those ice cream flavors (typically either by Ben & Jerry's or inspired by Ben & Jerry's) that include pretty much everything but the kitchen sink? Yeah, I love those. If I could make my own ice cream flavor or perfect cookie or ultimate cake, it would be a mash-up of at least two different flavors/textures. It would be a marriage of multiple desserts. Like a red velvet ice cream cake! Or chocolate covered pretzel creme brulee. S'mores milkshake! You get the idea ... And if you have a sweet tooth like I do, the wheels in your brain are probably turning trying to figure out what you've got in the kitchen that you can whip together for your own easy mash-up dessert.

Have I got a good one for you! Chocolate chip cookie dough BROWNIES. Yes, as in, one layer of brownie and one layer of chocolate chip cookie dough (sans egg, so it's by no means hazardous to your health!). Sounds like a dreamy, classic mash-up of a dessert if I do say so myself.
