Totally Amazing Triple Chocolate Brownie Pie

triple chocolate brownie pieSo, I don't know about you, but I like brownies. No way, you like brownies too? Seems like a lot of people are sorta kinda obsessed with brownies, which is completely understandable, and probably explains why there are about a million and a half brownie recipes out there.

Still, even with all the available variations on the brownie theme, sometimes a gal's gotta improvise. Take this recipe, for example. I knew what I needed: Brownies. In pie form. But I needed more ... white chocolate, that's it! But the only brownie pie recipe I could find involving white chocolate also included macadamia nuts. Hmm. Not a fan. Besides, my son is allergic to nuts.

Then it hit me: Replace the macadamia nuts with milk chocolate chunks, and you've got ... tada! This to-die-for concoction.

I won't judge you if you eat the whole thing yourself.

4. Fold in chunks and chips.

5. Pour mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate.

6. Bake in a 325°F oven for 35 minutes (pie should be moist; pick will not come out clean).
