Happy chowing down for the holidays, everybody! Eating with abandon is one of the most crazily fun things about this time of year. But the price we pay whether immediate (up all night feeling sick) or in the future (weight gain, illness) means sometimes we just have to say no. Or rather, sometimes we really need a low-fat alternative that tastes as good as a stick of butter.

We've been doing this for awhile at our house, and I've come to rely on a few recipes to get me through the holidays without paying the price later. Here are five low-fat yet totally amazing recipes for the holidays. Happy eating!
