My favorite holiday food is my grandmother's lasagna. Not a traditional one, it has her homemade sauce that cooked for days on the stove, hard-boiled eggs, and many other meats and cheeses, including mozzarella made from scratch. I try to carry on the tradition each year now that she can't, but it's not quite the same...

Not really a healthy food, but COOKIES! This time of year I turn into a psychotic baker and every time you turn around I have some kind of cookie baking, haha.

I am holding off though until the day after Thanksgiving, we are going to put up all of our stuff, then I am going to go on a baking frenzy. I am already planning sugar cookies, gingerbread men, and peanut butter cookies. Who know what else will end up being made lol!
